During the Feb. 26 board-training workshop, the Union Grove ISD Board of Trustees approved the meeting agenda with a procedural adjustment: item 9A was moved to occur before the information report. The board also removed a slated closed session from the agenda, according to the minutes of the meeting held at the high school library.
The minutes record there were no public-comment requests on items not on the agenda. The workshop concluded with a motion to adjourn made by Tim Turner and seconded by Tim Bower; the minutes record the motion "carried. Unanimous." The minutes include signature lines for board officers and the superintendent.
