The consent agenda included: approval of previous meeting minutes; monthly bid and purchase-order approvals and proposed budget amendments; monthly financial reports including cash position and tax collection reports; maintenance work-order summaries; student attendance and discipline reports; transportation department report; approval of new and modified positions; a purchase order to update Hancock building door handles; vendor approval (Tarkett Sports) for the Coleman Junior High track and field building project; the signed Corrective Action Plan regarding the McKinney‑Vento Act from the Texas Education Agency; the 2025–2026 budget calendar; and approval of WISD's GT policies and procedures.
