At its Feb. 13 meeting, the Waller ISD Board of Trustees approved a multi‑item consent agenda covering personnel changes, 2025–26 administrator contracts, a resolution to compensate employees during emergency closure, tax refunds, budget amendments, authorization of a qualified broker for investments, an updated Emergency Operations Plan and Cybersecurity Annex, 2025–26 elementary zoning and the Order of Election for the May 3, 2025 Board of Trustees election.
President William Warren called for a motion; Trustee David Kaminski moved to approve the Consent Agenda and Trustee Bryan Lowe seconded. The motion carried 6–0–0 (Vice President Maria Herrera absent). The board also approved minutes from the Jan. 16, 2025 Regular Called Board Meeting as part of the consent package.
