He also flagged a potential manufacturing project tied to a 115‑acre annexation that could bring about 200–250 jobs and a multi‑hundred‑million‑dollar investment if due diligence and state approvals proceed.
Board members asked about market absorption and developer timelines and discussed the EDA’s role in smoothing permitting and outreach to support growth while preserving county character.
