Board approves amendments to Middle Cedar Watershed Management Authority agreement

The resolution states that amendments to the Authority’s 28E agreement require approval by all governing boards of member entities. The motion passed with Tippett, Seeman and Volz voting aye; the county will execute the updated articles dated July 28, 2026 and file them as required.
