The resolution waives specified provisions of the Benton County Subdivision Ordinance (Ordinance #61 as amended by Ordinance #72) including listed sections in Articles IV–VII to allow the adjustment. The approval is conditional: Outlot A may not be developed. The board signed the resolution the same day; full resolution text is available in the Auditor’s office and on the county website.
