Board members present included President Ashley Ramirez and trustees Clint Mahannah, Kacy Quinton, William Fifer, Nicole Gore, Jason Jack and Jenni McCaslin. The action delegates routine personnel hiring decisions to district leadership while reserving administrative hiring for the board.
