Uintah City council adopts written procedures for electronic meetings

Council Member Roberts moved to approve the resolution with that addition; Council Member Combe seconded. The motion carried with all members present voting in favor.
Council members said the provision will allow more flexible participation while ensuring quorum rules are clear for both the council and the planning commission. No amendments beyond paragraph C were recorded during the meeting. The resolution was recorded in the minutes as adopted on Nov. 18, 2025.
