Mayor Cutler signed the bid for a cemetery railroad crossing; staff said the contract is now with Jones and Associates, the city engineer, and that the project will be paid for with grant funding. Public Works staff Jack Burton and Tim Kendell were listed as present during the update; no final vendor or construction schedule was announced.
