Habitat for Humanity seeks city partnership; new Parks & Recreation manager introduced

City Manager Henry (Hank) Raper introduced Bridgett Sampson as the new Parks and Recreation Manager; the board welcomed Sampson. The board also noted upcoming events — Market & Music concerts on June 5, June 19 and July 17, and a Fun Day on July 5 — and scheduled a special meeting for June 24 at 6:00 P.M. The minutes record no formal action required on the Habitat presentation other than thanks from the mayor and aldermen.
