The meeting, called to order by Mayor Landek at 7:00 p.m., concluded at 7:06 p.m. after Trustee Lewis moved to adjourn (motion 2025-M-32), seconded by Trustee Struzik; the roll call vote was AYES 6, NAYES 0. Fire Chief Grzadziel appeared on the attendance list for the meeting as the department representative.
