Board finds 1640 Trumbo St in violation for trash accumulation, orders reinspection

Code Compliance Supervisor Chris Gonzalez told the board that his inspection found violations of Section 38-94 (accumulation of trash and debris) at 1640 Trumbo Street and asked the board to issue a Finding of Fact and Conclusion of Law.
"Case E25-104 for the address of 1640 Trumbo Street was found in violation of Section 38-94 accumulation of trash and debris and requested a Finding of Facts and Conclusion of Law for this property," Gonzalez said. Board Member Bruce Woloshin moved to find the property in violation, to issue a Finding of Fact and Conclusion of Law for Section 38-94 and to reinspect the property before the next Code Board meeting on May 6, 2025; the motion carried 7-0.
The board's order requires staff to reinspect before May 6 to determine whether corrective actions have been taken or additional enforcement is needed.
