Permits for 195 Temple Grove Dr remain on hold; Code Enforcement Board postpones case

Code Compliance Supervisor Chris Gonzalez described the background of Case 24-343 at 195 Temple Grove Drive, saying neighbors reported ongoing unpermitted construction and that the property owner has agreed to apply for permits; however, the permits are currently on hold.
Gonzalez also confirmed the property is vacant and that no work has occurred since the Stop Work order was issued. "At this time, the permits are on hold," Gonzalez said. Board Member Marvin E. Vasquez moved to postpone the case to the May 6, 2025 meeting; the motion was seconded by Board Member Bruce Woloshin and carried 7-0.
The postponement keeps enforcement on the agenda while permitting status remains unresolved; staff will continue to monitor compliance and report at the next meeting.
