Board approves variance for covered patio at 16863 Sanctuary Drive

Planning Supervisor Shane Friedman presented a variance request for 16863 Sanctuary Drive (Colombier Variance) to permit construction of a covered patio with a rear yard setback of 38 feet, subject to staff conditions. Friedman told the board the site had an HOA approval two-and-a-half years ago for a slightly different request but that the city no longer requires HOA approval.
On a motion by Linda Bennett, seconded by Jeff Ewing, the board approved the variance unanimously, 4–0. No public comments were recorded on the item in the minutes.
