Board members noted the sidewalk and awning are each approximately 6 feet wide and pressed the applicant and staff for practical details before voting.
Senior Planner Yvonne Conatser presented the plan and answered technical questions from board members about materials and drainage. The board’s clarifications were incorporated into the conditions of approval.
