The motion carried 3–1–0 after Board member Liz Gutierrez voted Nay and trustees Oscar Arredondo, Shirley Jordan and Velma Rodriguez voted yes. The motion recorded no abstentions. The consent package included minutes from the May 8 special meeting and the May 19 regular meeting and standard monthly financial reporting for the general fund and investments.
The vote was taken on the record during the open session; no separate comment or amendment to the financial reports was recorded in the minutes.
