The resolution's text—filed in the minutes as Resolution 2026-52—specifies the event date, a fenced beer-garden footprint within the Veterans Park parking lot, and the authorized hours (11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.).
No members of the public spoke during the public-comment periods; the council opened and closed the public portion without remarks. The clerk recorded attendance and staff present: Brown, France, Gorshkov (absent), Infinito, Matteo (absent), Musick and Cox; also present were Borough Manager Brian Bond, Deputy Clerk Connie Dean, and attorney Erik Peterson.
With the resolution adopted, council members did not add further conditions on the authorization during this special meeting. The council adjourned at 4:35 p.m. and the minutes were signed by Laurie A. Courter, RMC, Borough Clerk.
