Burke, LTD. ($161,576.00); a steam humidifier system installation at Fire Station 15 with The Stone Group ($51,590.00); sanitary sewer manhole lining and rehabilitation with BLD Services, LLC. (NTE $95,000.00); 2026 street crack sealing with Patriot Paving Maintenance (NTE $55,000.00); and reserving/transferring volume cap for private activity bond issues for calendar year 2026.
The roll call vote was unanimous (O’Brien, Boucher, Reyez, Koehler, McHale, Budmats — 6 ayes, Vinezeano absent). The resolutions were adopted and staff were authorized to execute the listed agreements and proceed with procurement and project scheduling according to each contract’s terms.
