Council members raise security and tracking concerns about distributing MOLST package

Cindy, a council participant, asked whether a "nasty actor" could adulterate training materials if they are downloaded by outside entities and distributed, noting a risk of incorrect or misleading content. "My only question would be, ... is it possible for some, you know, nasty actor out there to do something to, adulterate ... the training so that it doesn't ... provide bad information," she asked.
Barbara Cass responded that the downloadable package is distributed as a PDF and said she would follow up with IT to confirm whether that format prevents tampering. Council members also noted that sharing the full package will remove CT Train's ability to track completions; Barbara Cass described that tracking as a useful 'registry' capability that would be lost when copies leave CT Train.
