Amateur radio group cleared to use Commons Park for late-June field event

"My name's Andrew Martin. I am, as of last year, the president of the Chicago Student Review Association," Martin said while describing the request and offering the group's assistance for village events. The clerk called for a voice vote; the board indicated "Aye" and the request was granted.
Martin also offered the association's communications assistance for other village events and asked officials to reach out if they needed support; no fee or permit conditions were discussed on the record.
