Borough Counsel Jarrid Kantor presented a proposed Public Speech Ordinance intended to protect borough property from placement of non‑approved signage or displays and said the ordinance "would be prepared for introduction at an upcoming meeting." Council President Anthony Floria‑Callori asked that the matter be included in the executive‑session agenda for further discussion.
The council did not introduce the ordinance on May 12; counsel and staff will refine the draft and bring it back for consideration at a future public meeting. The council recorded no vote on the ordinance at the conference meeting.
