Mitchell College administrator meets qualifications; board approves appointee

The board noted that a later separate vote will confirm appointment details for the program director if required by procedure, and that DPH will conduct required follow‑up (including site visits and ongoing monitoring) as the program proceeds through accreditation and clinical placement steps.
