WISD board approves consent agenda; minutes approved with one abstention

Trustees then took up item 8.B (minutes of the Dec. 18, 2024 meeting) and approved it in a separate motion (motion by Lexi Jones; second Andrea Justus). Trustee Ken Strange abstained from that vote citing a conflict; the tally was Yea 5, Nay 0, Abstain 1, Absent 1. No other items were removed from the agenda at the meeting.
