DRC tells Boys and Girls Club lot-split applicant to provide boundary survey and title opinion

The City Surveyor's comments (noted in the minutes as "memo dated May 17, 2025") reiterated that a title opinion certified to the city was not provided and that an executed joinder and consent from a mortgage holder would be required if a note exists on the property. City Engineer Jim Monahan moved to have the applicant revise and resubmit the lot split for another full DRC review cycle; the motion was seconded by Building Official Skip Nemecek and carried unanimously 5-0.
