City plans December 4 town hall with nearby base; Expo and Patriot Day events highlighted

"We're gonna have a cracker barrel town hall type meeting on December 4," the mayor said, adding the event may become quarterly or semiannual.
Schneider and others also discussed the Expo and said the city will adjust dates to avoid conflicts with regional conferences; staff noted the base is working directly with the city on Patriot Day planning for a multi-day event the following year. Staff framed these efforts as part of ongoing outreach to increase economic development and inform residents about CIP impacts.
