The applicant’s representative said a performance bond had been submitted for review by Transportation/Public Works.
Developer Buck Bacon of WA Engineering told commissioners the change would deliver roughly 62 single‑family homes to market while guaranteeing off‑site intersection improvements via the performance bond. "This amendment allows 4 Star to deliver approximately 62 new single family homes to the market, while providing the financial guarantee that the off‑site improvements will be completed," Bacon said. Staff and the planning commission recommended approval, and the commission approved the amended condition.
