City Controller Tamiko Smith told the committee she had prepared and filed the city's quarterly ARPA report with the U.S. Treasury and that she would distribute working papers at the council meeting for informational purposes. "These are working papers. But this is what we have filed with the US Treasury as our quarterly report for 2026," Smith said.
Later, the chair read the current balances for two restricted funds: "Dollar amounts here in the riverboat fund, we have $5,789,664 even. Rainy day fund, $1,099,894.46. And the total between the 2, counts are $6,889,558.46." The committee did not take action on these fund totals; the figures were entered into the record for the council's information.
