District Administrator Nick Kaiser recommended the district migrate its student information system, food service platform and special education records to Skyward as part of referendum technology upgrades. The recommendation said housing student, HR and finance records with a single vendor would provide more seamless data transfers for state reporting.
The Board did not act on the recommendation at the Oct. 8 work session; the item was scheduled for a formal vote at the Oct. 22, 2025 Board meeting. Board members asked staff to bring vendor details and implementation timelines to that meeting.
