Buildings, Grounds & Maintenance Director Derrick Retz told the board on Sept. 17 that summer facility projects are largely complete and that new equipment purchases produced cost savings for the district. Retz outlined current flooring upkeep procedures and identified future equipment needs.
Superintendent Nick Kaiser and staff reported that Phase 1 referendum work — including roofing, elevator work, window replacement, and office furniture installation — is near completion. The board discussed next steps for Phase 2 planning and timing.
