District Administrator Nick Kaiser reviewed actions the Boyceville Community School District has taken toward its 2025–2026 Pillars/Focus goals during the Oct. 8 work session. He cited a Governor Tony Evers visit to the TCE site under communications; staff wellness efforts including yoga; and a trauma‑sensitive staff training scheduled for November under student health and safety.
Kaiser also summarized technology initiatives the district is undertaking: in‑person and virtual Clevertouch training for substitute teachers, IXL training for classroom teachers, and that three to four additional students have begun virtual schooling through the Edmentum program. Board members used the update to identify follow‑up items and questions for department directors to address at the Oct. 22 meeting.
