Board accepts coach and teacher resignations; approves new hires
Summary

The Cameron Board of Education accepted resignations from Jordan Clark (Baseball Assistant Coach), Erik Ethun (Football Assistant Coach), and Jennifer Groskopf (High School Special Education Teacher) at its April 28 meeting. The motion to accept the resignations was made by Jeff Gifford and seconded by Bethany Stevens; the motion carried.
The Board then approved employment recommendations to fill positions: Katie Shelton as Elementary School Special Education Teacher; Josh Carlson as Baseball Assistant Coach; and Amber Kargus as Middle School Secretary. The motion to approve these recommendations was made by Scott Keeler and seconded by Jeff Gifford; minutes record the motion carried. The minutes do not list start dates or contract terms for the new hires.
