The minutes also note Dr. Nye and Dr. Strike discussed vendor options for the Facility Study RFP and that the board received an update on negotiations with the teachers' union (DCETA). The board approved the closed session minutes by voice vote during that same closed session. President Lewitzke adjourned the meeting at 7:58 p.m.
