Jackie Sustaita moved the motion citing district policy FNG (LOCAL) and the documents relied upon by administration in reaching the level 2 decision; Mr. Mark Delos Santos seconded. The president called individual votes. Each board member recorded an affirmative vote and the president announced the motion passed. The board concluded the grievance matter and adjourned at about 7:03 p.m.
