The Muroc Joint Unified School District Board of Trustees approved a comprehensive consent agenda at its Sept. 9, 2024, regular meeting, clearing minutes and routine financial items and ratifying several personnel and partnership actions. Broc Job moved the consent motion, which Jeremy Caillier seconded; the motion was approved, recorded as "Motion approved; vote: 4-0."
Items on the consent agenda included adoption of the Aug. 12, 2024 minutes; August deposit transactions and accounts payable reports; an update on the 2024–25 ELOP Plan (available online); ratification of a contract between the district and the 412th Test Wing (Starbase Program); and a set of personnel actions spanning hires, assignment changes, substitutes and resignations. The board also adopted several personnel-related resolutions for provisional internship permits and approved resolutions designating National School Lunch Week (Oct. 14–18, 2024) and Week of the School Administrator (Oct. 13–19, 2024).
