The Darlington Community School District board met in a special session Dec. 11, 2024. The board adopted the agenda on a motion by Carly C. Winslow, seconded by Gratz; the minutes state the motion "carried." The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by Board President Bob Hermanson.
After adopting the agenda the board voted to enter executive session and, following that closed meeting, a motion by Gratz seconded by Trout to adjourn carried; the adjournment time is recorded as 5:07 p.m. The minutes list administration present as Jackson and Austin (Flanagan absent), and board members Crist, Fink, Gratz, Hermanson, Riechers, Stauffacher, Trout and Winslow as present; Zuberbuhler was absent. Minutes were submitted by Carly C. Winslow, Clerk.
