At the March 24 meeting the Princeton ISD Board of Trustees approved routine financial and consent-agenda items, including acceptance of the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) report.
Trustee Starla Sharpe moved to accept the FIRST report and Trustee John Campbell seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The consent agenda also included approval of previous meeting minutes, January 2025 financial statements, approval of personnel hires and purchase orders over $50,000.
All consent-agenda motions were adopted by unanimous vote when Trustee Carlos Cuellar moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Duane Kelly seconded. The minutes show the items approved but do not include details such as specific hire names (beyond hire approvals listed on consent) or the vendors associated with the purchase orders.
