Board approves instructional materials, band equipment and tables fee schedule until May

Carlos Cuellar moved and the board unanimously approved the Instructional Materials Allotment and Certification for the district. The board also approved the purchase of additional band equipment after a motion from Duane Kelly; both motions passed with all five trustees present.
Separately, the board voted to table consideration of a contingent fee contract with Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Hullett, PC and to table the fee schedule for City of Princeton use of school facilities until the May board meeting. The contingent fee contract decision cited Texas Tax Code Section 6.30 and Government Code 2254.1036 in the motion to table.
