Cyndi Darland, President of the Princeton ISD Board of Trustees, called the April 21 meeting to order and led the board into executive session at 7:39 p.m. under the Texas Government Code sections cited for personnel and real property. The board returned to open session at 8:59 p.m. and unanimously approved a motion to renew all contracts as recommended.
Julia Schmoker moved to renew the contracts and Duane Kelly seconded; the motion passed unanimously. Later, following open-session action, the board voted unanimously to authorize negotiation of property as discussed in executive session. The board recorded the meeting as adjourning at 9:03 p.m.
