The Municipal Grounds and Property Committee on Feb. 24 voted to adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Master License Agreement with Delta Communications LLC, doing business as Clearwave Fiber, for use of city rights‑of‑way. The motion was introduced by Chairman Begley, seconded by Alderman Brennan, and passed unanimously on voice vote.
Staff noted Clearwave will install fiber and offer residents a service option and said the City has an agreement intended to address resident concerns during construction. No public comment was recorded on the item.
