Smith moved and Lamp seconded the motion; the minutes record that the motion carried five ayes. Ross commented that once upgrades are completed a local Main Street business has rented the entire building as a showroom and storage space.
The improvements are intended to ready the building for commercial tenancy and better functionality as a mixed showroom and storage facility.
