Lamp moved and Mcdonald seconded the motion to award the grant; the motion carried five ayes. The council also authorized the mayor to sign a letter of support related to the applicants' Rural Innovation Grant application earlier in the agenda.
Councilmembers provided no additional conditions in the minutes. The grant is intended to support façade improvements to the storefront and is administered under the city's BIG Grant program.
