On May 13 the Raymondville ISD Board approved numerous consent-agenda items affecting operations and procurement. Among the items approved were Budget Amendment #25-003 for facility maintenance repairs; a payment to Hurricane Fence Company for $78,120 from Federal Fund 429; continuation of the Wil-Cam Special Services Cooperative agreement with Santa Rosa ISD; and a Data Sharing Agreement with Onward to permit access to SuccessEd SHARS Medicaid information.
The board also authorized solicitation of annual requests for proposals for fumigation & extermination services and for awards/incentive items, and approved awards for RFP #25-007 (general merchandise, general services and school-related products) and RFP #25-008 (consultant/speaker services), all subject to district needs and funding. No consent items were pulled for separate discussion; the consent agenda was approved unanimously, 7–0.
