Craig Barch of Baird said site work is underway and the applicant expects to pull the first building permit for the West Side in early October, with the final (sixth) building permit anticipated by next September. Staff noted the 12‑month extension is the maximum administrative extension available and recommended establishing conditions of approval.
Commissioners agreed and voted to grant the extension; staff will publish a class‑2 notice and set a public hearing as required by ordinance if additional formal steps become necessary.
