Natomas Unified marks Black History Month and honors Classified Employees of the Year

District leaders then introduced the 2025 Classified Employees of the Year across categories (clerical, custodial, food and nutrition, health/student services, paraprofessional, security, skilled trades, transportation, IT), described their contributions and invited trustees and staff to a brief reception and group photo. Staff noted that some awardees were not able to attend in person and would be recognized on the district website.
