"We do anticipate flat enrollment growth or flat enrollment," Doug Orr said when framing the projection, adding that the district plans to approve hiring up to four ongoing certificated full-time equivalents and up to ten classified instructional assistants. Trustees approved the item by recorded vote; staff said the authority will allow HR to recruit and hire quickly as site needs are confirmed.
