Freeburg engineer reports manhole lining started; Coffee Pot submits site plans

Village Engineer Tim Pruett updated the board that the sewer and manhole lining project has started and crews have lined several manholes; lining of sewer lines is expected to begin the week of October (exact start date not fully specified in the minutes).
Pruett also said The Coffee Pot submitted plans for the lot and building; its representatives plan to appear at the combined planning and zoning board meeting on Oct. 14 to discuss the exterior of the building. Trustees did not debate or vote on either item at the Oct. 6 meeting.
Board members were asked to refer questions about the engineering report or the Coffee Pot plans to the Village Engineer’s office for details and plan review.
