Freeburg announces K9 Robi certified by State of Illinois

Mayor Seth Speiser called for a motion to adjourn at the close of the meeting; Trustee Elizabeth (Lisa) Meehling moved to adjourn, Trustee Dana Miller seconded, and the minutes record the meeting adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
