Mannsville notes property sales, garage sale, and memorial plans

Members observed the passing in July of longtime employee Maynard Gillard; the family is holding a celebration of life. Trustees recorded plans to send flowers to a family member named Cindy and to plant a tree in the park in his honor during the Lilac Festival in May 2026.
