Mannsville board approves minutes, swears in clerk and deputy clerk

The Village of Mannsville board on Jan. 13, 2026 approved the minutes from December and confirmed a slate of municipal appointments. The board approved the minutes on a motion by Trustee Brandon Walizer, seconded by Trustee Jarod Ormsby. Bills for January were later approved on a motion by Walizer and seconded by Deputy Mayor Val Deon.
Mayor Jon LaLone appointed Paula Easton as clerk/treasurer and registrar and Sarah Smith as deputy clerk/treasurer and deputy registrar; both signed oaths of office at the meeting. Clerk/Treasurer Paula Easton signed the minutes as "Respectfully Submitted." The meeting then adjourned on a motion by Trustee Charlie Graves, seconded by Deputy Mayor Val Deon.
