Wheaton drafts City Hall room‑use policy; officials and candidates may reserve rooms for resident services

Rosedale said the draft policy would be codified by a resolution before the Council at a future meeting and explained that it would allow elected officials or partisan candidates to use the meeting rooms if the use is to provide services to Wheaton residents. The Council did not take a final vote at the planning session; the policy and a resolution are pending formal consideration on the Council agenda.
